Outpatients:

Hospitalization:

• Deductible: A day of hospitalization

Parenting

• Profit valid only 4 months after an affiliate of S /. 6.500

Oncology

• Only OncoSalud with a gap of 90 days
• All expenditure to 100% (unlimited)
• Coverage conditional on the effective treatment OncoSalud since the initial anatom  pathological diagnosis of Cancer
• The treatment of the disease to be performed only by doctors affiliated with OncoSalud

Dental

• Deductible: S/.16 by treated piece
• Excess filled to 60%
• Coverage: Extractions, healings, endodontics, extractions, X-rays and prophylaxis

Funeral

• Covered 100% to S /. 8.000
